By purchasing this zine, you are acknowledging that you:
- Are 18 years old or older
- Are legally allowed to view and purchase sexually explicit content in your country of residence
- Are purchasing the zine for personal and not commercial use
- Do not hold zine creators or organizers responsible for any repercussions from not heeding these guidelines
- Understand that this is a pre-order item, which means the final product is not yet in hand, and that shipping will not begin until late June or unless zine organizers update otherwise on Twitter.
Customs and Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Buyers acknowledge that PU&S organizers are not liable for any delays due to customs.
Shipping and Packaging:
PDF Download:
- A link to the PDF will be emailed to the email address provided with the order after all physical orders have shipped
- Emails will come from [email protected]
- The PDF is for personal use only and not for distribution
Physical Zine:
- Physical zines will be inserted in self-sealing polybags and placed in bubble mailers with cardboard backing to ensure they are delivered in the best possible condition
- International orders will be shipped around June-July
- Domestic orders will be shipped after international orders have been sent out
- Due to uncertainties with carriers we cannot guarantee delivery dates, but domestic buyers will be able to track their orders through a provided link
Any production and shipping delays will be announced, and updated schedules will be posted on the PU&S Twitter account.
Replacements and Refunds:
PU&S will be responsible for replacing or refunding:
- Orders that are lost due to organizer negligence in labeling the package (e.g.address on label does not match address on order)
- Orders that are damaged or incorrect due to organizer negligence in packaging (e.g.package contents do not match order number, bubble wrap or cardboard back missing, zine damaged inside polybag)
PU&S will NOT be responsible for replacing or refunding:
- Orders that are lost due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses
- Orders that are shipped to an old address without notice from the buyer by MAY 3, 2020 (deadline may be pushed to a later date should shipping delays occur -- please follow our twitter account for updates)
- Orders that are damaged during shipment or through shipping company negligence and mishandling (e.g. packages bent to fit in mailboxes, left out in the rain by carriers, other external damage to the packaging resulting in damages to the contents)
The Pinups and Such organizers reserve the right to cancel and/or refund orders should buyers violate any of these terms and conditions.
